Webbing is a strong fabric woven as a flat strip or tube of varying width and fibers often used in place of rope. Webbing is also the stones in between the ribs of a ribbed vault. The name webbing comes from the meshed material frequently used in its construction, which resembles a web. It is a versatile component used in climbing, furniture manufacturing, automobile safety, auto racing, towing, parachuting, military apparel, and many other fields. Modern webbing is often made from exceptionally high-strength material, such as Dyneema, Nylon, Polyester, and Kevlar. For less performance-oriented applications, cotton, Polypropylene, and flax can be used. As webbing is both light and strong, with breaking strengths in excess of 10,000 lb (44.4 kN) readily available, the possible applications are virtually limitless.

Nylon straps, also known as nylon bands can easily and effectively reduce the potential for load shifting, eliminating or reducing the incidents of transit caused damages and they can also be used in the apparel industry. The Elastic Tapes are manufactured with imported Spandex yarn

Dye to Match (DTM) is made in our In-House Continuous Dyeing Plant

Standard width of 13, 16, & 20mm are available in non-stop production process

Tapes of width 25mm, 30mm, 35mm & 40mm can be manufactured on prior notice with a minimum order quantity of 5,000 meters

Packing : 1,000 metres per carton in festooned form

Packing : Master carton of 5,000 Metres

Spandex content is 10%, balance 90% is of Nylon

Production

Covering Machine and Weaving Looms are used to Manufacture Spandex Elastic Trimmings.

Infrastructure

The loom capacity is 12 Million meters per annum, the preparation capacity of Narrow Woven Elastic Fabric depending on various width and product gram mage.

In House Dyeing facility for Dye-to-Match Fabric (DTM): POLYELASTIC is equipped with In-House Dyeing Plant, and dyes its own elastics, enabling the company to dye any color imaginable to meet their buyers specific needs using Pantone shade guide.

Tests and Laboratory: Selection and testing of Raw Material from the stage of sampling and designing procedure, until the finished product is perfectly met out. We take utmost care to satisfy the customer needs.

From loom the weaving product standards are maintained very strictly.

As per customer need dyeing to match fabric is done in a day. Samples reach the customer in a timely manner and on their approval the Pre-Bulk or Bulk assignment is taken for execution.

In the final execution after proper fastness test the bulk quantity is inspected by talented skilled personal and packed in cartons for purpose of dispatch in time.
